talk about helluva lot of dissatisfaction at work.

It's super potong stim to have to return to the hellhole after a decent morning *away* from it.

Furthermore it's adding salt to the wound by having a babysitter literally babysit me while I work.

Hey come on, you really don't trust us to do our job?

Had to return on Saturday to work. Uncle and I just stared at each other, sighed and said "SO SIEN AR!"

After which we actually got started. haha!

Funny enough, because it was a public holiday and all, it was pretty peaceful. Nobody to kacau us (neither center nor eedeots were around), nobody to give a damn about, and best of all nobody who cares what we were decked in when we march into 3A.

It was pretty lonely though just the 2 of us typing away knowing the rest of the office has the entire weekend off.

Stayed till 7 then met up with mom & dad for dinner... (talk bout being the tiang lampu yay!) The buffet was was *absolutely awesome* and the chocolate fountain was like a dream come true! 3 different flavours (white choc, milk choc & dark choc) all at the same place! Oh, and the teppan was pretty decent too. Sashimi was great, and I liked the pasta chef of the day =3

Went to fetch them the next day where I introduced them to the pan mee haunt that us '3 musketeers' venture out to when we're having our bout of cravings for it =P Managed to get the seal of approval.. as well as some stories from mom regarding the general area.. you know, nostalgia and all that.

I gripe about it enough and I can see the vices that attack me, but surely, surely there's a saving virtue in all this?

Uncle leaves on Thursday and I get a 30-year-old kid as a replacement from the enemy frontline? What gives? I'll see how it goes. Start on a clean slate.

I seem to be focusing alot on my 'troubles'. mm time to shake that off. I should leave the crap where it is, don't venture to carry it around *with* me.

I somehow ended up looking at Tokyoflash watches, and if *anyone* has a spare Nekura Progression for sale (which I think is next to impossible since it's already not available in the market *and* it's so damn pretty and simple =3) I would buy it.

Actually had a pretty awesome weekend the week before last, going out to dinner at Hadramawt @ Chulan Square with cw, yk, jon, ammar, and calvin. It seemed like ages since we've met, and everyone seems to be busy with their own thing. However, some things don't change - I think it's just the fact that when we meet we've stayed faithful to our roles since the time we first met. The noisy one. The contented one. The sarcastic one. The ever youthful one. And the quiet-ish one who is more than he reveals.

Will be heading to the Toyota Classics 2009 this Friday with mom. With the Prague Chamber Orchestra performing, I look forward to it. Plus, the lineup sounds interesting.

Although I can predict it'll be hell trying to get to Shah Alam on a Friday night. That place never has good traffic, if ever.

Went to watch "Cloudy with a chance of meatballs" with oji last Thurs. Funny and they have equally creepy bits at the same time. More funny bits though. I think because it revolved around food *so* much, watching the show made me feel that bit hungry.

I loved his dad, what with his super bushy eyebrows that expresses more than I would normally expect. And also, he kinda reminds me of my dad. Not the eyebrow bit.

Oh, watch out for Baby Brett and the mayor.

"UH-OH!" - I dunno why but his character just brought Macaulay Caulkin to mind. =P
