boots

Let me be strangely and weirdly girly です。I know, I know, I squirm at the thought of being 'typically' girly as is. Or being perceived to be typically so. However, I'm not denying that I'm a girl. So when the time comes, I'm allowing myself to be like that.

私はね、新しいブーツが大好きです！ふわふわふわふわ！



I know I'm reputed to be one that doesn't shop much (or at all unless necessity calls) but really really since I'm here and boots here are pretty much cheap compared to back home, I thought I'd grab this chance to get a pair..キレイでしょう? Actually I had stalled doing this... cause when I first bought the ankle length boots they were a size too big, and I had intended to go to Morwell to exchange them.. and and and when I did go this morning, there were the same pair of ankle boots in my size! But but but this pair of knee length boots look so much nicer! XD

Another plus point: this pair of boots has no heel so I wouldn't have to worry so much (the uni terrain is abit uneven in places so I wouldn't wanna kill myself by wearing heeled boots...)



Main reason I chose this was cause... If I did stick to those pair of ankle boots, I would need to wear a skirt to bring out the best in the boots. And I can't stuff it down my jeans or cover my jeans over it (in case you don't already know I wear jeans practically all the time)... which made it abit unflexible for me since I'm not really a person to wear skirts.

I know, I know, boots are meant to be showed off... but I don't wanna be caught dead with shorts in winter just because I wanna show off my boots. It would be just plain stupid.

Anyway, I'm happy with what I got.

Also, it's my first pair of boots (and most likely my only pair I'll ever buy) so yeah I'll make sure I love it properly XD
