a Saturday of sorts

started the day by calling guama, asking if she wanted to go and do her keys. Apparently not. Okay, so lazed about until 11 to fetch chickeneywing cause she's going back *again* for the midsem break.

This time was different though, we went to Sentral instead of going straight to the airport. "RM3.20 and 10 minutes of panicking" got us there fine without making any wrong turns. Amazing or what! It was also the first time I took the KLIA Express just to see what it's like..heheh nice train, fairly short ride and horrible scenery (if you even consider construction sites as scenery). Had lunch, sent her off and took a bus back to Sentral (a frigging hour, and I think there was a Dutch couple and their friend, some Chinese dude.. but fuuh they have pretty large builds). And as all buses with Indian drivers go, a Hindi movie was showing.

Got back at around 4, and I was pretty poofed out. So I took the chance to sit back and watch "A Pursuit of Happyness". Super cute show, the kid is super cute! "You got run over by a car!? You could get hurt!!" It is pretty inspiring, talking about how you've got to work for something that you really want. Made me want to work harder, that's for sure!

Took a quick shower and off to the studio party. I was surprised I wasn't that late despite it 'starting' at about 7PM. So took the time to pose for photos, talk to people and laugh and laugh and laugh. The performances were pretty good (hehe how often do you see a guy dancing like he means it! And its pretty sexy too!) Por conducted a merengue workshop, a quick one, and it was so fun! Although half the time we (me and my random partner, we go in round-robin fashion) got confused at the last turn (we were either twisting our arms the wrong way or we were turning the wrong direction or we lifted the wrong arm, bah!) but it was good fun. Once the floor was open to everyone else it made me wish I learnt more dances, cause most of the time they were playing chacha, rumba, samba, bachata, all of that stuff. I felt abit left out =P So we salsa students took the time to do a quick revision before class later at 4PM. =P

After most people were gone, Ivy gave us a quick tip (or three) on styling, wah so cooooool~ she is sooo cool XD so we just gave it a go... kinda fun actually! =P And that was that. Fuuh. My feet hurt like crazy after.

When I got back, ti was just starting to watch "21", so I sat to watch with him. Pretty slow moving story, mildly interesting, but the final twist wasn't as big as some others like Ocean's 11, or Italian Job. I kinda like the Korean dude, he's funny in a way. And Kevin Spacey was good. So was the security guy at the casino.

Effing tired by the time the movie was over, so I really slept in until 1030AM. And the day continues. Fruitfully, hopefully =D
