hmmmm~

Watched a replay yesterday of Nadal vs Verdasco, the quarter-finals. It was a nice game.. ahah I didn't sit through the entire game though, I think I watched the ending half. Gosh some moments were so exciting XD I know I don't follow tennis very much but it's fun to watch when I do. *shrugs* oh, that and Nadal beat Federer! cool~ although I really expected Federer to win, for some reason.

After that tennis match, we flipped channels and watched this movie called Apocalypto. Seriously a sakai movie (i.e. lots of people in loincloths running around the jungle) but it's..interesting to watch. I mean its one of those movies which don't have hot Hollywood actors and still manages to draw you in..they don't speak English (but there are subtitles) and its... kinda raw. I dunno, it sort of sums up the movie pretty well. Raw. And they had a baby jaguar in it! It's really cute! I want it as a pet! (I wish =P)

And damnit aku terlupa nak buka TV tengok Aus Open finals deh.. I remember wanting to *yesterday* but I was out the whole day anyway. Teman guama kaikai... then dinner at ah yee's in-laws' place. mmm the BBQ lamb was really the highlight of the entire do! Zam and Ming arrived much later.. and sometimes I'm envious of their high school life, they had so much crazy stories wei! Howcome my high school life was nothing like that huh? but then again with the company I keep, we have our own version of crazy. =)

I love how UK sizes have a "short" measurement. XD Got a pair of black jeans from Dorothy Perkins bwahahah and they FIT! I'm usually lamenting cause jeans that fit around the waist are too long, either that or the jeans that have the correct length don't fit me around the waist. Yea I know I'm short *and* a porker but well it would be nice to have something that fits us people who aren't model-sized. This is my 2nd pair though, the first pair I bought in Aus and I went "omfg I have to have this... it really fits!" To the extent that I saw the light shining down, literally =) Thank god for S measurements. *jumps around~
