like a sine wave

Who said lightning never strikes twice at the same place?

**also applicable to the same kind of mistake I just made a day or two ago and what's more to the same victim**

I can just dig a hole and bury my head in it right about now.

Went for the first real-ish interview of sorts. For a proper full-time permanent job, that is.

First was a paper-based Java test that I had to admit I did pretty poorly for, since I have never learnt Applets and threads and that sort of stuff, so I made some 'educated' guesses and unsurprisingly, royally screwed that up. Try 14/34. yay(?)

Second bit was the one where I was stumped at some bits.. but you know, the type that you tried to answer anyway for the sake of getting some form of closure so that they don't keep harping you with the same question. Mostly about my final-year project though. And I remember saying "No." to some really probably simple questions. Oh well. So first interview was with some of the managers, and the second was with the director.

The thing that struck me as slightly weird/annoying/insulting even was how they kept looking at my list of hobbies (just stuff I do for fun when I'm not working on something) and they were poking fun at it, and laughing even. I mean, is a combination of salsa dancing, rock climbing and piano playing really that funny? Maybe I definitely don't look the type to do *any* of those stuff, but like I care lah.

Met up with bobby, hou, ss and kenken at Pyramid after. It's fun to catch up with people you really haven't had the chance to just sit and chat and talk bull with for the longest time. Also went to a purikura and had some good fun. We officially popped ss's cherry for being a purikura virgin. It easily took us a half hour just conteng-ing each other's faces and photos.

Sat around in Baskin Robbin's later.. and bobby was complaining how rarely we ever meet up anymore (like S9ers in general) and then out comes choryeow with a gang of Klang people.. and later on we said a quick hi-bye to chinyuan, kwokthye and Andrew.. haha must be bobby's 'charm' really.. she must've sounded so pleading that somewhere somehow everyone just knew how to converge in Pyramid.

I love just to hang out like this and do nothing useful and yet be able to appreciate people XD ees fun.
