I love the weatherrrr!!!
Now today was cool. X3 Kinda like sitting in a fridge, I suppose that’s what it’s like when you’ve spent a healthy amount of time in a country with sweltering hot weather.
First we went down to Broadway to check out korg’s graduation since his is tomorrow. Today’s graduation was for the IT students of UTS, their robes had bright blue strips on them. Which makes me wonder what kind of robes I’ll be getting when I graduate in 2 years’ time, if all goes well. Korg took me to this comp lab where it is Apple computers only! Whoaaaa, coolness! And they also have this huge chess set which I bet noone uses cause it looks slightly pathetic sitting in the middle of the student lounge. Still I want it XD
We saw this sign saying ‘Instant Framing’ and here’s what korg had to say about it:
“What they do there is that they drop a glass vase, and the guy at the counter points at you and says, “It’s your fault!!””
<_< Man, was I taken aback by this sudden joke.
Went to the Fish Market later for some seafood. Never eat fried food when you’re here, eat the fresh food, like prawns and salmon and oysterrrsss!!! Well my parents are avid fans of oysters, and I liked the prawns and salmon and… man just thinking about it makes my mouth water, I probably stuffed myself silly with them. Bought back some muesli yoghurt for tomorrow’s breakfast too, just looking at it makes my mouth water…
Went down to Broadway a second time to meet comrades of a glorious time past.
They’re both fine, choryeow came down to Sydney for a holiday (look at these rich kids) with his friends, staying @ Unilodge while huanmiao’s staying at a place 45 mins bus ride from Broadway. But it was great seeing them again! After so long…choryeow was looking for a place to have a haircut, and huanmiao, hahah I think it’s the opposite. He’s been keeping his hair long so when they met choryeow was going “Damn, now I don’t think I wanna cut my hair anymore after looking at yours.” Choryeow was inclined to think huanmiao was running loose or something, he kept insisting he wasn’t the good boy he was, which was very amusing. And for the record, no, I don’t think so cause he’s still pretty much the same, just that talking with him more was a new experience. I admit, I never talked much with him and he was in fact a pretty quiet guy, but I guess that’s where SAM and the company of S9 worked their magic ^_^
After parting ways with them, it was time for dinner~ Korean BBQ @ Seoul Ria! I’m proud to say the ones in KL are way better cause you get to cook them and they just taste better. While we were outside waiting, we noticed…a lot of Korean people walking the streets. Korg asked me, “Hey, are we in Korea now or are we in Australia?”
Good point.
And what’s better after dinner than eating Baskin Robbins? XD Sweet. hehe, Div always asks for ice cream after a meal, and we got shortchanged yesterday cause it was getting late on a Sunday (read: 9.00pm) and they had school tomorrow.
